Meet the stunning and oh so beautiful, Candice Manual.
Proud plus size model, who works full time, owns her own kiddies party business and is currently enriching her knowledge by studying part time. She is also a philanthropist in her own right, who does her part in the community and gives back in any way she can to help others who are in need.
Her journey as a fuller figure model started 6 years ago when she picked up weight. She still had a huge passion for modelling and refused to give up on something that she was so passionate about.
But being a fuller figure model wasn’t easy.
Candice often struggled to get booked because she is bigger than the “average” size model but smaller than a plus size model.
So she started doing her own thing and collaborated with different photographers, make up artists and designers to try and promote the fuller figure women. She then decided to create a platform to help other women embrace their bodies regardless of what size, shape or form they might be.
Candice says that it starts with you. You have to love yourself first. How can you expect someone else to love you in return if you don’t love yourself first?
“If you believe in yourself and have the confidence within, it will open up so many doors for you,” she says. She believes that whatever you put out to the world, will be embraced – if you approach it with a positive attitude.
I came across Candice’s profile on Facebook and I immediately fell in love with her radiance and self confidence which she portrays so effortlessly in all of her photos.
When I look at her I see someone who loves herself, respects herself but most importantly believes in herself enough to inspire others to love themselves too.
Candice Manuel is truly a perfect example of someone who took an obstacle that was standing in her way and turned it into an opportunity to inspire others.
If she can do it, then so can you.
Stay true to yourself.
